A rubber air spring is a sealed airbag made of high-strength rubber cord and high-quality rubber. Basic operating principle: When a vehicle travels over an uneven surface, the impact force causes the piston to move upward, compressing the air within the airbag. This compressed air increases its pressure, absorbing and storing energy (acting as a cushion). When the impact force subsides, the compressed air expands, pushing the piston back down and releasing the energy.
